Well-positioned spot - not too far from Traboules. the service was top-notch, the room was quite spacious and had a unique touch with those big red curtains, plus a cool shower setup 💫.

The hotel îs very romantic

The accesa îs a little restrictive because the hotel îs in the old center and the don't have on site parking.

Excellent restaurant, interesting mood-setting architecture, quirky but friendly and useful concierges. Appreciated the upgrade of junior suite to apartment, but friend's deluxe classic was cramped and only ok.

The hallway outside of my room in the front section was weirdly smelly especially later in the day (probably reflecting something genuine old- world about the hotel, but if it had permeated the room we would've had to check out or ask if it was different in the back section). Note: I booked 2 rooms, one was a junior suite upgraded to apartment; the other was the Deluxe Classic - as indicated at the end of this survey - which was cramped and described by friend as only "ok".

This hotel in Lyon is the best choice. Convenient spot for shopping. 3. the room is lovely with a spacious bathroom. 4. Comfortable bed, delicious food, and friendly staff. 5. Great location close to Saint-Jean and historic sites.

The staff at this hotel was amazing, especially the concierge who was full of information, so very engaging, and never seemed bothered by innumerable questions. Okay, that was his job, but he was so good at it. This hotel was uniquely designed and so very quiet and private.

I must say that, since the breakfast was not included in the price of the hotel, I would have appreciated having options for breakfast, instead of a very expensive buffet which we did not have time to fully enjoy. Also, though it seems like a small thing, it amazed me that there was no coffee or tea available as a service. We just wanted a quick coffee before going to the airport and were charged twelve euros. Though the spa, sauna, and pool were included, anything connected with food was additional.

Had a fabulous time in Lyon. Concierge were the best we have ever had. Even managed to get me an urgent dental appointment (which is very difficult in France) The pool was a wonderful surprise. Beautiful room. Cherries provided were a nice touch. Highly recommended. Fabulous decor.

The food was delicious and appetizing, the room was incredibly comfortable with a huge bathroom, and the location was unique and within walking distance of everywhere.

Generally, the place was special and had competent staff in all areas. It was in an incredible and amazing location with Vieux Lyon nearby. Furthermore, the area was fantastic. No complaint, the hotel met requests...

The bed was super comfy, the room looked stunning and was super clean. there was a nice shower 🚿. the location was perfect for exploring around Saint-Jean.

The hotel personnel are extraordinarily helpful and friendly. The hotel seems very well managed. The hotel itself is unique and beautiful. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. The pool, sauna, and steam room are also excellent. The breakfast is excellent also. In short, just a wonderful hotel in every way. We ate in their Cafe twice and both times have outstanding food and service.

The room was quiet, clean, and had a spacious bathroom, also, the location was perfect for exploring a medieval cathedral on foot.

I think the hotel was wonderful, would come here again. Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed spa centre. The setting was quite great and incredible within easy reach of Vieux Lyon.

Work being done in the hall, not nice. Very hot corridors, no air conditioning. The room was dusty. A shower cap was left in the bathroom by previous visitors and not removed (!). The room was small and dark. The hotel should not be rated a 4-star hotel.
